Q

I recently discovered that some dianthus are perennial, and bloom a long time.

Can you recommend other perennials with long blooms? I live in Delaware County.

Answer

Not all dianthus are perennial.  Some may also only come back a few years.

Coral bells may be perennial,  but that depends on the winter.

Nepeta is another plant that is perennial and blooms a very long time.
