my weeping cherry tree is approx 20 yrs old, it is quite large. About half of it bloomed last year and this year has blooms only around the edge.

my weeping cherry tree is approx 20 yrs old, it is quite large. About half of it bloomed last year and this year has blooms only around the edge. I fertilized it last year, but didn't seem to help. The tree is in the sun. How can I help it?

The lack of bloom may be due to the extreme and abrupt changes in weather this spring, however you should have a reputable,      certified arborist look at the tree for recommendations on how it should be treated.
