Where can I find Concord grape (or similar varietal) plants? I have some very old vines growing on a trellis on my home, and one of the vines has died.

I'm sorry to hear that one of your vines has died.  You could try to call Uhlers in Exton, Montgomery Nurseries, or Waterloo Gardens in Exton.  Unfortunately, you would need vines that are growing in a pot.  If they were in a "sleeve" as you often find them in the spring, they probably would not be happy or healthy.  So it would be best to wait until spring when they are more readily available.  Or you could try propagating a new plant from cuttings.  A very good website for this is: http://homeguides.sfgate.com/propagate-concord-grapes-22116.html.  You could try this in the fall and if it doesn't work, buy the plant in the spring.  Often the purchased plants from a good nursery will do better than one from Home Depot or similar as they have usually had better care before you buy them.  ep
