Apparently Rose Rosette Disease (RRD) was first discovered in the Philadelphia area on a climbing rose in a garden in Swarthmore before it was noticed at the Scott Arboretum.  To ascertain whether this deadly disease has been reported elsewhere in the area, and to learn more about Rose Rosette Disease,  check the links below.
