If the plants survive, is fruit from herbicide damaged tomato plants safe to eat?

Dear Larry: I don't know what herbicide you used. Some have a longer life than others. I suggest you call the poison control center in Detroit or the manufacturer of the herbicide and ask. Don't take a chance!!!
