What are the requirements for narrow-leafed potted palms being raised indoors?

Answer

Generally speaking, palms should be kept in bright locations where temperatures do not fall below 60 degrees.  A good potting medium is an all-purpose potting soil with sand or perlite added.  The root balls should be kept uniformly moist, but never soggy.  You may water less frequently during the winter months.  Fertilize during the summer months with a weak fertilizer about every two or three weeks.  I hope this answers your question.
