It’s not possible for the PHS Philadelphia LandCare Program to “Clean and Green” all of the 40,000 vacant lots in the city because revenue is limited. However, residents who are experiencing problems associated with vacancy can call Philly 311, the City’s service request number to request a lot clean-up. Persistent problems should be reported to your City Council office.
