Q. Deutzia Nikko and honey bees

Saxifragaceae sensu lato attracts honey bees. Does the deutzia
nikko also attract honey bees?

Yes.  Generally, deutzias do attract honey bes.  The nikko is one of the lovely species.  The recent decimation of honey bees makes it doubly important to plant to attract them and to build up the population.  Good luck, and welcome from Maryland.
