If it is on your property we can't recommend particular arborists but following is a web site listing of certified arborists in the area. You may want to get prices from several of them. This is a good time of year to have the tree removed before they become very busy in the spring. http://www.treesaregood.org/findanarborist/arboristsearch.aspx When you call it would be helpful to them to know the approximate height of the tree, location (front, back yard, etc.), and how accessible it is.
