What are the names of trees in bloom at this time in Philadelphia? (April)
I recognize dogwood, but the trees with the lovely, large petals I cannot recall their name.

In mid-April 2015 in the Philadelphia area, you can expect to see native dogwood, cherry, Calgary pear and some Magnolia trees to be in bloom. Crabapples should in bloom in a few weeks.
