What is the name for the chartreuse leaved, purple veined plant on pages 18 and 19 of the Jan.-Feb 2012 issue of Green Scene ?

While this cultivar is not identified in the photo, I was able to find it in an online catalog -- Florida Hill Nursery. It is  Colocasia "Blue Hawaiian" elephant ear. According to Florida Hill Nursery it is 5 - 16 " tall, has large green leaves with prominent bluish-purple veins, an undulating bluish-purple margin, matte finish and semi-glossy dark burgundy petioles (stems).
