There is a website called Greater Philadelphia Gardens and many of the region’s unusually high number of public gardens and arboreta belong to this collaborative, so this is a good starting point for your searach.
If you click on the Gardens tab, you’ll get listings of all of the public gardens and arboreta in the Philadelphia area belonging to this collaborative. You can then visit their websites for rental information.
Additionally, the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance has a separate website called PhillySpaceFinder .
Search the SpaceFinder database under the “special events/parties” category and you will find plenty of space rentals.
