How can I become a certified Master Gardener?

You would need to contact your County Extension Service. Since you live in New Castle County, Delaware, you should go to the Master Gardener information page for the New Castle County Master Gardeners. If you scroll to the bottom of this page, you will get details on the application process for Master Gardener training.
