Which "Christmas Trees" are most successfully grown in the Philadelphia area home garden landscape?
I would like to grow an evergreen tree in my front lawn to replace a diseased Colorado Blue Spruce. Are there any pyramidal shaped evergreen (not blue needled) trees that will stay under 15 to 20' in height?

Picea glauca `Conica', (Dwarf Alberta Spruce) grows 10 to 12' in 25 years and is pyramidal in shape and has light green needles. Plant a large one as it grows slowly.
