How long has the PHS Philadelphia LandCare program been in existence?

The methods employed in the PHS LandCare program were refined in two pilot programs in targeted communities from 1996 to 2003. In FY 2003 PHS expanded the program city-wide, supported by annual City contracts. FY 2014 marks the twelfth year of the city-wide program.
