Dear Kandy:  This is a gorgeous Clematis.  It seems to be so new that it really hasn't become readily available in the U.S.  However, all is not lost as it is available in Canada at Gardeninports Inc.  Telephone is 905-731-1950 but I would Google the name of the nursery and check availability on line. They evidently don't ship vines until May so I think you have plenty of time.  Another thought is that closer to planting time, this wonderful clematis may pop up in some of the U.S. nurseries.
