Where can I find Purple Fountain Beech (Fagus sylvatica) trees and can you give me more info about them?

Hello, i was in a park in Warren pa. and i saw a tree called a Purple fountain Beech. I have been trying to find one but i havent been able to any in any local nurseries or big box stores. A PHS sign was just a few feet from this tree so i was wondering, if you could tell me where i can find them? Any information would be appreciated.
