How much will it cost to install my stormwater tool using the Rain Check program?

Rain barrels are free after attending a workshop. Downspout planters cost $100 which includes full installation with complementary plants. For rain gardens, de-paving, and permeable pavers, PWD will pay for a portion of the project based on the surface area of the installation. To participate in the Philadelpha Water Department's Rain Check, Philadelphia residents must first attend a one-hour educational workshop. Workshops are hosted three times per month at PHS’ headquarters at 100 N 20th St. Workshops are also held in various locations in Philadelphia throughout the year.
