Hello, is the September 19, 2015 (the PHS Members Only Plant Giveaway) the same event as the Fall Festival held last year at the Navy Yard?
Or is this a completely different event? Can you please explain this upcoming event in further details? Thank you so much!

Not exactly. You may be thinking of the event that was held on the parade ground of the Navy Yard, which included a flea market and other shopping opportunities. There will not be events happening on the parade ground of the Navy Yard this year.
