Are there any programs to help homeowners with costs of pruning diseased yard trees that endanger lives and property ?
There was some talk last Spring between PA State Depts and utilities, etc. about offering funds to defray high costs of pruning Ash trees damaged by Emerald ash Borer but can't find specific programs online. Did that die with lack of State Budget ?
