Should I bring in the miniature rose plant indoors for the winter? Or put a burlap bag over it for the winter?
It did beautifully over the summer and is still blooming.It's a pink miniature tea rose. What type of soil should I put it in? I don't want to lose it over the winter.

A minature rose should be hardy in this area; however the label for the rose should say if it is hardy. If hardy it is not necessary to wrap the plant in burlap.
