Dear Gardener:  Paperwhite bulbs are not hardy in this area thus, they cannot be planted in our gardens.   It is probably best to compost them or throw them away as it is difficult for the bulb to make next years flower in our home conditions.  The bulbs would need full, strong sun and good fertilitzation in order to make the flower for next year.   Maybe this would be possible in a greenhouse.
