Vanessa, any kind of grass seed that has "Penn" in the type of seed on the back is good. Remember that for grass to grow it needs watering every day after the seed has been spread until it gets a good start of about 1 1/2 inches. All grass needs to be cut, and should be kept at 3-4 inches for optimun growth. Good luck, ep
