Are you affiliated at all with the garden on 25th and Dickinson?

I would like to get in contact with someone there. I don't know if they still plan on doing stuff with the raised beds

 This garden is managed by Nationalities Service Center.  The first garden meeting will be at the Church of the Redeemer, down the block from the garden at 6:30 on Friday April 15th.  If you are interested in a garden plot they cost $25 per 4x10 bed per year, and you are also required to provide 10 cooperative work hours for common space areas unaffiliated with your plot during scheduled workdays once a month at the garden [there are many more days and hours scheduled than ten, you just choose which ten during the year].
