I am interested to learn about J Otto Thilow and am familiar with Boyd's History of PHS.
I have a note from The American Rose Annual 1927, p.226 that a full description of the new J. Otto Thilow" rose will be given in the 1928 American Rose Annual. However, there is no page given. Do you have the 1928 American Rose Annual and if so, may I ask you to send me a scan of the page with information on J. Otto Thilow, please? Any other information you may have on J. Otto Thilow is also of interest to me.

Attached is a scan from the 1928 Americal Rose Annual, p. 241, New Roses of the World, from the Netherlands. It is a description of the J. Otto Thilow hybrid tea rose.
I also searched our Dreer nursery catalogs. Attached is a scan from the 1927 Dreer catalog, Dreer's Garden Book, p. 124, a text description of the newly introduced J. Otto Thilow rose.
Also attached is a scan from the 1929 Dreer catalog of two pages, p. 138 text description of the rose and p. 148, a color illustration of it.
