What the best flowers are to put in hanging basket on a busy commercial street?
I work for Resilient Pittsburgh and we are aiming to "green up" a busy stretch of road in the city. Flower baskets seem to be the best option right now so we were wondering which flowers would be best. Any other advice would be welcomed as well. Thanks
