Two suggestions: you might try conatacing Morris Arboretum's chief horticulturist Vince Marrocco vincen20@upenn.edu. We are also suggesting the Philadelphia Rose Society. I'm attaching the list of the Philadelphia Rose Society's consulting rosarians (it is published in their newsletter). The names in bold indicate master rosarians. Hope this helps!
