I would love to do winter garden tours in the Philadelphia area
I did 12 gardens 2 Sept ago with Road Scholar. I would love to see gardens in winter setting. You had wonderful px at the wonderful Christmas display

You might want to visit the web site Greater Philadelphia Gardens to get an overview of the public gardens in the Philadelphia area and to see what is open.
Longwood Gardens is wonderful in the winter, and the GPG website will give you hours and details on other gardens and arboreta in the area.
