Do Italian Cypress do well in my area?

I live 10 miles outside Philadelphia in Wayne, and want to plant a couple Italian Cypress trees. I notice the live in Zone 7, which seem to be on the border of.

Italian Cypress Trees need to be in zone 7 or 8 in a dry climate. They would not tolerate the climate in the Philadelphia area. They are susceptable to a variety of problems where the climate is not dry and other than zones 7 or 8.
