Q. Are Wheelchairs available at Flower Show

Answer

Please see our info below about wheel chair rental. They are availlable on a first come, first served basis and we are not able to reserve any for you. There are plenty of chairs, so you shouldn't have any problem renting one. The rental location is up on the Show level. Would your father be able to come up with you on an escalator or elevator to come to the wheelchair rental location? Get your hand stamped when you come in, for same-day re-entry in case you need to get the wheelchair and bring it down to him.
The wheelchair rentals at the Flower Show are push wheelchairs, not motorized chairs.

The Flower Show is easily accessible to visitors with disabilities. Most restrooms and drinking fountains are wheelchair accessible. The convention center is equipped with elevators, and several doors are automated. The Show floor is level and manageable either alone or with an able-bodied assistant.

The Pennsylvania Convention Center does not offer reserved public parking. An accessible drop-off location is on the northwest corner of 11th and Arch Streets. You can drop off your father and then park the car. There are volunteers at this location who could stay with him until you come back.

Thank you and enjoy the Show!
