Can you suggest a ground cover than can survive among "managed" low growing bamboo?
Bamboo has been starved of light for 3 years think we can manage with regular trimming but there are big areas of dirt so looking for ground cover ideas thanks!

Unless you are wedded to keeping the bamboo, suggest that you take it out (if you can as it is resistant to removal). There are so many other plants you can use that will thrive and not require constant maintenance. If you would like other ideas for the area send a photo and a description of the area including how much sun or shade you have, do you want a hedge? What would you like to see?
