Can you suggest sources for Pawpaw trees?
Both times I ordered online they were dormant and never came back to life.

Attached are a few scanned pages listing nursery sources for Pawpaws from a recent book, Pawpaw: in search of America’s forgotten fruit by Andrew Moore (2015).
