I recently purchased a Candice Seedless Grape. Even though I kept it in my dark cold basement it has broken dormancy. Can I plant it now?

If your plant has broken dormancy, you will have to keep it watered and give it as much light as possible. It is too early to plant out. Wait until your last frost date. Lightly prune it when you plant it to stimulate new growth and remove any lanky growth.
