When and where was the first Pop Up Garden created?

And what were the locations of subsequent Pop Up Gardens?

Answer

The first Pop Up Garden was created in 2011 at 20th & Market Streets on the northeast corner vacant lot (where a building with a CVS now stands).  It incorporated exhibit material from the 2011 Flower Show Temple University exhibit, along with plants specific to the site and included bee hives kept by a local beekeeper.  This garden was chosen for inclusion in the official U. S. presentation at the 13th International Architecture Venice Biennele in 2012.  See time lapse video here
